Being Just Enough
Feelings of inferiority or superiority in most people aren’t rooted in any real capability or skill set. They’re usually coping mechanisms—ways to create distance from others. Diversion tactics masked as meaningful separation.
Understanding this can help break free from such complexes and open the door to real connection, with people of all competencies and abilities. It allows one to see genuine value in others and in the world, to admire rather than envy, and to inspire rather than wallow in self-pity.
It opens us to aspiration, while knowing we, too, are worthy of being aspired to.
